AgriSim is a data-driven agricultural investment simulation platform developed during a hackathon at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P) to support strategic investment decisions across emerging African agricultural markets. The platform enables users to analyze and simulate investments in six key countries by integrating climate conditions, economic indicators, and sector-specific agricultural data into a unified decision-support system. Through an interactive portfolio builder, users can allocate capital across livestock, crop production, and infrastructure while receiving real-time feedback on expected return on investment (ROI), risk exposure, and sustainability performance. Once a portfolio is finalized, the system automatically generates a comprehensive analytical report including financial projections, environmental impact assessment, job creation potential, and strategic recommendations tailored to the selected market. Additionally, AgriSim integrates an intelligent investment assistant chatbot that users can interact with to better understand their portfolio analysis, interpret key performance indicators (KPIs), and receive personalized investment insights, enhancing both accessibility and decision-making confidence.
