Project Overview
An Ignition SCADA project for a batch mixing process. Dynamic synoptic screens reflect real-time tank levels, valve states, and motor status; an alarm pipeline adds priority levels and acknowledgement workflows; trend charts track process variables; and all tag data is historised into MySQL for post-batch analysis. The system connects to a simulated PLC via Modbus TCP.
